Mary Ann Treiber

Mary Ann has represented an abundance of buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions over her career as a real estate professional. Her integrity, ethical conduct, follow-through, and communication were reflected in Mary Ann’s accomplishments.

In an effort to ensure that her clients receive the best representation possible, Mary Ann has earned her AZ Broker's license.  In addition to this, she has also earned the Accredited Seller's Representative designation (ASR), Certified Home Marketing Specialist designation (CHMS) and is a Previews Property Specialist.

Prior to entering into the real estate industry, Mary Ann experienced considerable professional success running her dental practice and practicing as a dental hygienist for 15 years. As a result of being self-employed, she developed the extensive interpersonal skills, marketing and promotional abilities, and the comprehensive understanding of business required of an entrepreneur.

Along with teaching at Baylor College of Dentistry, where she received her bachelor’s degree, she worked full time for general practice offices. Mary Ann’s dedication made her a high achiever. This resulted in her receiving many honors in the medical field.

A skill that Mary Ann had developed was listening attentively to her client's needs. She knew that this would be invaluable as a real estate consultant. Mary Ann has the ability to communicate to and work with different types of personalities, an essential skill for successful negotiation.

Mary Ann is Vice President of the Dove Mountain Civic Group. Living in Dove Mountain and working specifically in the northwest area of Tucson, has enabled Mary Ann to become your Real Estate Consultant for Life!
