Karin Radzewicz

Prior to entering the residential resale end of the real estate industry, Karin experienced great success over a 20 year period in other real estate industry positions. She developed extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of credit, title, wholesale lending and business development while with the largest privately held Home Builder/Mortgage Company in the United States.

Real Estate is a fast paced and ever changing industry. To stay on top of the most current trends and technical issues, Karin has endeavored to gain her AZ & CA Broker’s license, GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), E-PRO (technology), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) designations. Karin is also a Previews Property Specialist and a Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS).

She holds her BA in Home Economics and a minor in Marketing. Karin has received the President’s Gold Award of Distinction in 2002 and in 2003 and Chairman’s Circle of Excellence in 2004 and 2005.

A Southern California native, Karin relocated from the Sonoma County wine country with her husband Ray. Dove Mountain and Phoenix are now called home.
