Mary Ann has represented an abundance of buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions over her career as a real estate professional. Her integrity, ethical conduct, follow-through, and communication were reflected in Mary Ann’s accomplishments. In an effort to ensure that her clients receive the best representation possible, Mary Ann earned the Accredited Seller’s Representative designation (ASR). The ASR represents the benchmark of excellence in Seller Representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Seller Agency Council (SAC) to real estate professionals once they have met the specified educational and transactional criteria. In addition, she has earned her Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) designation and is a Previews Property Specialist. Mary Ann also holds a bachelor’s degree.
